2007 POOL RENOVATION PLAN
Well, we're nearing the end of our long and winding road (to paraphrase the Beatles) and it's time to sign a contract with our contractor, Catania Construction.
The proposal on the table is for $589,000 and includes at least the
following:
- new concrete decks
- renovation of the pool including new whitecoat, plumbing, tiles, filters, etc.
- new baby pool with some water features
- pool slide
- enlarged steps in the shallow end in lieu of the zero depth entry
- reconfigured diving well
- pool heater
- beam reconstruction
