CHOOSE FROM FOUR OPTIONS:
FAMILY BONDED Membership
$635
- One-time Renovation Fee is $750 payable over 3 years ($250 per year).
- Bond Payment is $600 payable over 3 years ($200 per year).
- Bond holders gain full voting rights and a part ownership in the pool.
- Bonds paid in full are transferrable and can be refunded for $300 upon resignation.
- Family consists of all family members who reside at
the same address.
FAMILY SUMMER Membership
$695
- Family SUMMER Membership is designed for families
who may only be residing in the area temporarily or
who would like to try out the pool.
- Family SUMMER Membership is limited for 1 year after
which you must convert to a Family BONDED Membership.
- Family consists of all family members who reside at
the same address.
EMPTY NESTER Membership
$475
- One-time Renovation Fee is $500 payable over 2 years ($250 per year).
- Consists of two adult members at least one of whom
is over 50 years of age, with no children at home.
- EMPTY NESTER SUMMER Membership $550
SINGLE Membership
$350
- $250 One-time Renovation Fee.
- Consists of one adult at least 21 years of age living alone.
- SINGLE SUMMER Membership $425
